Kóme & Co ("we") respects your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Kóme & Co is a brand of Great Improvements, Lda, NIF 519043758, registered office at Rua da Escola, 73, 4150-299 Porto, Portugal. Privacy contact: hello@kome.pt.

2. What data we collect

  • Waitlist: your email address, the record that you agreed to receive communications, and the language of the page where you signed up.
  • Messages you send us: your email address and the content of your message, when you write to hello@kome.pt.

We do not sell products on this site yet. When the shop opens, this policy will be updated before we collect any order, delivery or payment data.

3. What we use your data for

  • To send you communications about the brand's launch and relevant news, if you joined the waitlist.
  • To reply to the messages you send us.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

5. How long we keep it

6. Recipients and processors

We only share data with providers that help us operate and process it on our behalf:

  • Brevo: waitlist management and email sending.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and delivery. It processes visitors' IP addresses and technical access data, for a limited period, in data centres in the United States and Europe. It is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • dominios.pt: registration of the kome.pt domain and email hosting.

We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Your rights

At any time, you can:

  • request access to the data we hold about you;
  • request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure of your data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • request portability of the data you gave us;
  • object to processing;
  • withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before. Just use the unsubscribe link in every email or write to us;
  • lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

8. Local storage in your browser

This site does not use cookies or store data in your browser's local storage (localStorage). Earlier versions of the site stored your language preference under the names kome_lang and kome_lang_chosen; if they exist in your browser, they are no longer used and you can delete them in your browser settings.
